fa رابطه بین ابراز وجود، مهارت حل مسئله و درونگرایی با گرایش به اعتیاد روانشناسی بالینی Clinical Psychology پژوهشي Research <div class="rounded" style="background: rgb(208, 229, 255); border: 1px solid rgb(61, 129, 232); padding: 5px 10px; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="font-family:IRANsharp;"><strong>پیش‌‌زمینه و هدف:</strong> مصرف مواد مخدر یکی از مهمترین معضلات عرصه پزشکی و روانپزشکی است که گستره‌ای جهانی یافته است؛ مشکلی که زندگی میلیون‌ها فرد را ویران و سرمایه‌های کلانی را صرف مبارزه با آن و جبران آسیب‌های ناشی از آن می‌کند. متأسفانه قربانیان مصرف مواد مخدر نیز رو به افزایش است و همه مرزهای فرهنگی خانوادگی و اجتماعی را در نوردیده و سلامتی بشر را مورد تهدید قرار می‌دهد؛ هدف پژوهش حاضر بررسی رابطه بین ابراز وجود، مهارت حل مسئله و درونگرایی با گرایش به اعتیاد بود.<br> <strong>روش:</strong> این پژوهش یک مطالعه توصیفی-همبستگی است. جامعه آماری، دانشجویان واحد علوم و تحقیقات دانشگاه آزاد اسلامی واحد تهران در سال ۱۴۰۲ بود. با استفاده از روش نمونه‌گیری هدفمند تعداد ۳۸۴ نفر به‌عنوان حجم نمونه انتخاب شدند. شرکت‌کنندگان پرسشنامه ابراز وجود (گمبریل و ریجی، ۱۹۷۵)، مقیاس حل مساله (هپنر، ۱۹۸۸) و پرسشنامه تیپ شخصیتی درونگرا-برونگرا (کرم‌زاده، ۱۳۹۲) را تکمیل کردند. داده‌ها با استفاده از روش‌های همبستگی و رگرسیون در نسخه ۲۶ نرم‌افزار اس‌پی‌اس‌اس تحلیل شد.<br> <strong>یافته‌ها:</strong> نتایج این پژوهش نشان داد که بین متغیرهای ابراز وجود، مهارت حل مساله و درونگرایی با گرایش به اعتیاد، همبستگی وجود دارد.<br> <strong>نتیجه‌گیری:</strong> براین اساس می‌توان نتیجه گرفت که ابراز وجود، مهارت حل مسائل، و درونگرایی می‌توانند نقش مهمی در پیشگیری از گرایش به اعتیاد داشته باشند. این موارد می‌توانند به عنوان متغیرهای مهمی برای تدوین برنامه‌های پیشگیری و مداخله‌ای در پیشگیری از اعتیاد مورد توجه قرار گیرند، تا بتوان از گسترش اعتیاد جلوگیری کرد و سلامت جامعه را تقویت نمود.</span></span></div> <div class="rounded" style="background: rgb(238, 238, 238); border: 1px solid rgb(204, 204, 204); padding: 5px 10px; text-align: justify;"> <div class="flex flex-grow flex-col max-w-full"> <div class="min-h-[20px] text-message flex flex-col items-start whitespace-pre-wrap break-words [.text-message+&]:mt-5 juice:w-full juice:items-end overflow-x-auto gap-3" data-message-author-role="assistant" data-message-id="877e4137-06d5-4209-9561-5d114e33f47f" dir="auto"> <div class="markdown prose w-full break-words dark:prose-invert light"> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman;"><span style="font-size:12px;"><strong>Background and Purpose:</strong> Drug abuse is one of the most important problems in the medical and psychiatric fields that has reached a global scale; a problem that destroys the lives of millions of people and consumes huge funds to combat it and compensate for the damage caused by it. Unfortunately, the number of victims of drug abuse is also increasing and crosses all cultural, family and social boundaries and threatens human health; the aim of the present study was to investigate the relationship between assertiveness, problem-solving skills and introversion with addiction tendencies.<br> <strong>Method:</strong> This study is a descriptive-correlational study. The statistical population was the students of the Science and Research Unit of Islamic Azad University, Tehran Branch in 1402. Using the purposive sampling method, 384 people were selected as the sample size.Participants completed the Assertiveness (Gambrill and Rigi, 1975), Problem Solving Inventory (Heppner, 1988), and Introverted-Extroverted Personality Type Questionnaire (Karamzadeh, 2013). Data were analyzed using correlation and regression methods in SPSS-26.<br> <strong>Findings:</strong> The results of this study showed that there is a correlation between the variables of assertiveness, problem solving skills, and introversion with addiction tendencies.<br> <strong>Conclusion:</strong> Based on this, it can be concluded that assertiveness, problem solving skills, and introversion can play an important role in preventing addiction tendencies.
