fa اعتیاد به بازی‌های رایانه‌ای و سلامت روان: مروری روایتی روانشناسی بالینی Clinical Psychology مطالعه مروری (فراتحلیل) Systematic Review (Meta-analysis) <div class="rounded" style="background: rgb(208, 229, 255); border: 1px solid rgb(61, 129, 232); padding: 5px 10px; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:14px;"><span style="font-family:IRANsharp;"><span style="line-height:200%"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span lang="AR-BH"><span style="line-height:200%"><span b="" nazanin=""><span style="color:black"><strong>زمینه و هدف: </strong>اعتیاد به بازی‌های رایانه‌ای به مصرف بیش از حد یا اجباری بازی‌های کامپیوتری گفته می‌شود که با زندگی روزمره فرد تداخل دارد. کاربران ممکن است به صورت اجباری بازی کنند و خود را از تماس‌های اجتماعی دیگر جدا کنند و تمرکز خود را تقریباً کاملاً بر دستاوردهای درون بازی معطوف کنند و از رویدادهای زندگی گسترده‌تر غافل شوند.<br> <strong>روش:</strong> مقاله حاضر یک مطالعه مروری است که با روش کتابخانه‌ای و با مطالعه و بررسی پژوهش‌های مرتبط با موضوع و با مراجعه به سایت‌های مرجع بین‌الملی تهیه و تنظیم شده است.<br> <strong>یافته‌ها</strong>: باتوجه به آنچه در این مقاله مرور شد اعتیاد به بازی‌های رایانه‌ای می‌تواند در ابعاد گوناگون زندگی و سلامت فرد تاثیر بگذارد. این اختلال می‌تواند مشکلات جسمانی، روانی، اجتماعی و تحصیلی برای فرد ایجاد کند.<br> <strong>نتیجه‌گیری:</strong> بنابراین، پرداختن به روش‌های پیشگیری و درمان برای کاهش مشکلات مرتبط با این اختلال توصیه می‌شود. تعیین سیاست‌هایی برای پیشگیری و درمان در حوزه خانواده و جامعه ضروری به‌نظر می‌رسد.</span></span></span></span></span></span></span> </span></span></div> <div class="rounded" style="background: rgb(238, 238, 238); border: 1px solid rgb(204, 204, 204); padding: 5px 10px; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:14px;"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman;"><strong>Background and Purpose: </strong>Computer gaming addiction, characterized by excessive or compulsive gaming behavior, has been recognized as a phenomenon that interferes with individuals&#39; daily lives. Users may engage in gaming compulsively, disconnecting from other social interactions and devoting their focus primarily to in-game achievements, while neglecting broader life events. This literature review aims to examine the effects of computer gaming addiction on various dimensions of individuals&#39; lives and health.<br> <strong>Method:</strong> This paper presents a review study conducted through library research, involving the examination and analysis of relevant studies on the topic. The review included accessing international reference sites to compile and organize the gathered information.<br> <strong>Findings:</strong> Based on the reviewed literature, computer gaming addiction can impact various aspects of individuals&#39; lives and well-being. This disorder may lead to physical, psychological, social, and academic problems for individuals.<br> <strong>Conclusion:</strong> Therefore, addressing prevention and treatment methods to reduce the problems associated with this disorder is recommended.
