fa تعیین طرحواره‌های ناسازگار اولیه غالب در ورزشکاران والیبال روانشناسی ورزشی Sport Psychology پژوهشي Research <div class="rounded" style="background: rgb(208, 229, 255); border: 1px solid rgb(61, 129, 232); padding: 5px 10px; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family:IRANsharp;"><strong><span class="phrase-token" data-par-index="0" data-phrase-index="0">زمینه</span> <span class="phrase-token" data-par-index="0" data-phrase-index="1">و</span> هدف:</strong> والیبال یک ورزش تیمی است که نیازمند آمادگی ادراکی-شناختی بالایی است. این مطالعه با هدف شناسایی طرحواره‌های ناسازگار اولیه غالب در ورزشکاران رشته والیبال انجام شد.<br> <strong><span class="phrase-token" data-par-index="1" data-phrase-index="0">روش</span>: </strong>این مطالعه به روش توصیفی بر روی ۴۶۳ ورزشکار والیبالیست باشگاه‌های شهرهای گوناگون ایران انجام شد که به روش نمونه‌گیری دردسترس انتخاب شدند و به پرسش‌نامه ۷۵ سوالی طرح‌واره‌های ناسازگار اولیه (یانگ، ) پاسخ دادند.<br> <strong><span class="phrase-token" data-par-index="2" data-phrase-index="0">یافته‌ها</span><span class="phrase-token" data-par-index="2" data-phrase-index="1">:</span></strong> <span class="phrase-token" data-par-index="2" data-phrase-index="2">طرحواره</span> <span class="phrase-token" data-par-index="2" data-phrase-index="3">غالب</span> ورزشکاران والیبال زن و مرد خودمختاری و عملکرد مختل است و از بین ۱۵ نوع طرحواره طرحواره‌های غالب اولیه عبارت‌اند از: انزوای اجتماعی/بیگانگی، وابستگی/ بی&shy;‌کفایتی، آسیب‌پذیری نسبت به ضرر/ بیماری، خودتحول‌نیافته. آزمون کلموگروف-اسمیرنوف نشان داد توزیع تمامی طرحواره ناسازگار اولیه در ورزشکاران والیبال با توزیع نرمال تفاوت معناداری وجود دارد (۰/۰۵>p). آزمون t مستقل نشان داد بین میانگین طرح‌واره ناسازگار اولیه در زنان و مردان تفاوت معناداری وجود دارد و آزمون تحلیل واریانس چندگانه نشان داد سطوح عملکرد ورزشی و سطوح کسب مدال بر طرحواره‌های ناسازگار اولیه اثر دارند (۰/۰۵>p). آزمون رگرسیون چندگانه نشان داد به ترتیب وضعیت تأهل و سطح تحصیلات پیش‌بینی‌کننده طرحواره‌های ناسازگار اولیه در ورزشکاران والیبال هستند.<br> <strong><span class="phrase-token" data-par-index="3" data-phrase-index="0">نتیجه‌گیری</span><span class="phrase-token" data-par-index="3" data-phrase-index="1">:</span></strong> طرحواره غالب ورزشکاران والیبال خودمختاری و عملکرد مختل است و وضعیت تأهل، جنسیت، سطح تحصیلات، سطوح عملکرد ورزشی و کسب مدال با طرحواره‌های ناسازگار اولیه تعامل دارند. ازآنجاکه این طرحواره‌ها متأثر از خانواده، مراکز آموزش عالی، رفتار مربی و پرسنل باشگاه، شرایط رقابتی والیبال است، یکی از راهکارها می‌تواند آموزش خانواده و مسئولان ورزشی باشگاه‌ها و مراکز آموزش عالی در جهت ارتقای استقلال ورزشکاران والیبال باشد.</span></div> <div class="rounded" style="background: rgb(238, 238, 238); border: 1px solid rgb(204, 204, 204); padding: 5px 10px; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman;"><span style="font-size:12px;"><strong>Background and </strong></span><strong>Purpose</strong><span style="font-size:12px;"><strong>:</strong> Volleyball is a team sport that requires high perceptual-cognitive preparation, this study was conducted with the aim of identifying the primary maladaptive schemas dominant in volleyball athletes.<br> <strong>Method:</strong> This descriptive study was conducted on 463 volleyball athletes from clubs in different cities of Iran, who were selected by available sampling method and answered the 75-question questionnaire &quot;Young&#39;s primary maladaptive schemas&quot;.<br> <strong>Findings:</strong> The dominant schema of volleyball athletes (both men and women) is Impaired Autonomy and Performance, and among the 15 types of schemas, the primary dominant schemas are: social isolation/alienation, dependence/incompetence, vulnerability to harm/disease, lack of self-transformation. The Kolmogorov-Smirnov test showed that the distribution of all primary maladaptive schemas in volleyball athletes is significantly different from the normal distribution (p<0.05). The independent T test showed that there is a significant difference between the mean of the initial maladaptive schema in men and women, and the multiple variance analysis test showed that sports performance levels and medal winning levels have an effect on the primary maladaptive schemas (p<0.05). The multiple regression test showed that height, gender and medal winning levels are predictors of early maladaptive schemas in Volleyball athletes.<br> <strong>Conclusion:</strong> As a result, Volleyball athletes&#39; dominant schema is impaired autonomy and performance, and height, gender, athletic performance levels, and medal winning interact with primary maladaptive schemas. Since these schemes are affected by the behavior of the club personnel and coaches, one of the solutions can be the training of the sports officials of the clubs in order to promote the independence of the athletes.</span></span></div> طرح‌واره,شخصیت,ورزشکار,والیبال.
