Sport psychology is the application and development of psychological theory for the understanding and enhancement of human behavior in sport. Clinical Sport Psychology is a specialty within clinical psychology focused on individuals involved in sport. Neuropsychology is the branch of science that studies the physiological processes of the nervous system and relates them to behavior and cognition, in terms both of their normal function and of the dysfunctional processes associated with brain damage. 
Journal of Clinical Sport Neuropsychology (JCSNP) is an open-access, double-blind, peer-reviewed quarterly journal (it was monthly in the first issue), published by the Tehran Institute of Clinical Sport Neuropsychology in Iran. The JCSNP has been established to provide an intellectual platform for national and international researchers working on issues related to Clinical, Sport, and Neuropsychology. The Journal was founded as a response to quick advancements in educational measurement and was dedicated to the publication of the highest-quality research studies that report findings on issues of great concern to the profession of Clinical, Sport, and Neuropsychology.   
To allow for easy and worldwide access to the most updated research findings, the JCSNP is set to be an open-access journal.
